• Multi-storey East very good service have stopped there numerous times staff very helpful was a bit worried when flight was delayed because i went an hour over my booked time thought i might have to pay extra but barrier opened ok also i think a nice gesture of regular users would get a bit more of a discount because its getting expensive for just a week and we are looking to book 2 weeks there over the christmas period so am a bit worried about the cost for 2 weeks other then that it was brilliant...thankyou

• Multi-storey East Very good overall - the postcode on the confirmation was wrong but no harm done as wasn't far away and the staff were very helpful.

• Multi-storey East Slight confusion on access to designated car park, this was due to roadworks being carried out at Manchester Airport. This was not a fault of BCP
  Other than that number plate recognition worked well
  Our return flight was delayed resulting us landing after booked time, this did not cause any problem on exiting

• Multi-storey East On entering T2 multi-storey my booking and vehicle reg was not recognised and even on our return three days later we had to be let out by one of the attendants because my booking was not on their system. The on site car park team were fantastic and very helpful though and said this can happen from time to time. It did delay our departure from the airport though.

• Multi-storey East Easy to find Staff very friendly especially as the barrier wouldn't lift and when I buzzed thro I was told we were trying to get in the staff entrance so we all had a laugh at that! Straight into the terminal building magic No problems at all

• Multi-storey East No problem on arrival barrier opened automatic plate registration recognition on leaving barrier didn't open automatically spoke on tannoy to staff member was helpful opened gate.

• Multi-storey East Better sign post in carpark, you have three entrances when you are a pedestrian so call them right middle left and that section of the carpark. It would help find your car quicker.

• Multi-storey East Didn't know ground level is now blocked so ended up exiting car park in error then couldn't get back in, getting out 9 days later also took time as I had to have dialogue via exit intercom. Why has ground level been closed off?
