• Multi Storey Our plate was no recognised at exit, had to wait several minutes for an answer at the machine, no apology for problem or wait, not what you need after a flight.

• Multi Storey When I arrived at the barrier it never lifted I pressed the intercom several times too speak too attendant and there was no reply then I had too reverse away from the barrier which was extremely difficult with cars behind me once out I checked my e mail and noticed the last letter was different from my registration I tried too change on the link and it wouldn't let me so as time was limited I had too go too terminal 3 long stay and pay an additional £72 so no I will not recommend your services too friends or family and I will also pass this message onto all the social media sites I am connected too

• Multi Storey we arrived and had to park outside,the signage for terminal 3 was poor we had to cross the road at an unoficial place.it was not an ideal experience to start our holiday I think in the future we will use a taxi Nigel

• Multi Storey My car wouldn't start (flat battery) and the onsite help via the intercom upon entry was excellent, getting someone sent to us, getting the car started and on our way very quickly. Smoothed opver the worries we had as we did have an elderly dependent we needed to get back to!
