  • Multi Storey Everything went smoothly and no problems encountered.

  • Multi Storey Booking recognised instantly on entry by use of card booking was made withand parked with seconds. Similar on exit. No having to queue to have booking checked etc.

    The barriers at Liverpool JLA did not recognise our registration plate.
    We then had difficulty getting out of the car park.

  • Multi Storey Booking process was easy. Entry to car park no problem. Credit card not recognised on exit but easily sorted out over intercom - from experience I had my booking document/references to hand on entry and exit. Will use again if like-for-like pricing is competitive.

  • Multi Storey Parked at Manchester T3. Parking and Service were excellent . The 'not so good' is the 'Signage' to get to the parking.

  • Multi Storey I have BCP on several occasions and have always found their prices to be competative. The booking process is generally easy to navigate but easier access to the parking locations offered would be of benefit when deciding on where to park for convenience and cost.

  • Multi Storey On arrival at the airport the machine did not recognise my credit card to allow me to gain entry. The staff were helpful but it caused a slight delay. I also had to contact staff via the help button to exit on my return. However, again they were helpful.

  • Multi Storey We were given a printout with a bar code but there was nowhere to scan it which seemed a bit strange. In the event there was not a problem as I spoke to the controller through the speaker.

  • Multi Storey My card didn't allow me access to the Car Park - and it was the same when I tried to leave. As such, on both occasions I had to contact the help desk to be able to go through the barriers.
    The pre-booking sheet I priunted off had a Barcode on it. However, it looks like the machines on Entry & Exit don't have this facility yet. This would be a better system than using my debit card.

  • Multi Storey Did not recognise the bar code on entry so not sure whether would recognised my ticket on exit....it didn't.
    Had to press for help, which after providing my serial number enabled the voice at the other end to raise the barrier on exit.
