• Multi Storey The multi storey car park in terminal 3 is inferior to the one serving terminals 2&3. Entrance no clear directions to find the upper levels and the bends are very tight

• Multi Storey I thought the whole experience was extremely good. I was surprised as often something goes wrong, I expected the barrier to remain closed as we tried to get city but no, it opened promptly. The raised kerbs at the barriers were a problem for my vehicle being too near to each other but apart from that the parking and booking arrangements were very good

• Multi Storey Entered T3 Multi-storey-no problem.Had to go to roof parking, there were no spaces lower level.Bit of a walk from T3 back to car. Not as easy as walk getting to T3.Stopped at barrier on leaving did not seem to recognise nuber plate and barrier did not go up.Asked for orange check but did not receive one going in.Had to press button to get attendant to raise barrier. Most annoying. Why did number plate recognition not work? No apology offered.

• Multi Storey Staff very helpful, I arrived minutes earlier than my booked time, the car reg or bar code on the booking form did not read, I pressed the green button by mistake, rather than the help button, I received a token and the barrier lifted to provide access, On arrival I used the pay station to speak to your assistance call centre and was advise to contact the assistance help line on departure from the car park on return. On exit all was OK no additional payments were required.

• Multi Storey The actual parking was a good experience, however the booking was not. I received an email from yourselves and went into 2 different links on the same email, with 2 different prices all for multistorey T3 Manchester! The following day I went in to book to get yet another different price, seems a little unfair especially considering the first 2 prices were links from the same email?

• Multi Storey No it did not go smoothly. First, it was very unclear where exactly the MCP for T3 was, and how to access it. The most obvious signage as one approaches T3 is for the Meet & Greet MCP and it is not made clear that this is NOT the ordinary pre-booked MCP. Then when one does find it, it is not indicated that this is not just a short-term NCP and caters for pre-bookings. When I approached the barrier, my car reg. was not read correctly and the barrier did not lift so I had to take a token to get in which was a fundamental mistake. The signage gave hourly rates but did not mention catering for pre-bookings. Once in, there was no indication that one could park anywhere, and some bays had "Priority" against them with no indication whether or not these were also available to those pre-booking. So all in al, a very poor experience, difficult to find and with much confusion.

• Multi Storey Great service, reasonable price
  Not sure why we had to call the parking man on exit as barrier didn't recognise the vehicle, however, he was very helpful and sorted us out very quickly..
  the idea that if the flight was delayed may have incurred extra charge is a bit worrying, given that numerous flights from Verona were delayed on the day we were returning. However, all went to plan.
  I an very happy with the service but the risk of significant extra charge if flight is delayed could put some people's off.

• Multi Storey The walk from the car park was longer than stated as I have to use a walking aid..didn't know there was disabled parking available..and can this be pretty booked. No one around to ask..

• Multi Storey Staff were very helpful. I had to leave the car park and return because there were no spaces initially even though I had booked however it was my mistake and did not realise the spaces were reserved. Staff advised me where to park and it was fine
