Long Stay My ticket didn't work when leaving car park. Staff soon rectified the problem and gave me a new ticket

Short Stay 2 I was taken to Exeter Hospital with severe chest pains (Suspected Heart Attack) and when my wife phoned them to explain why the car had not been picked up. Graham told her not to worry about it they would sort it out, which he did. Graham was most helpful.

Premium Meet and Greet The experience of the meet & greet parking was a positive one. The parking option was very good, you drive in & Parkin a lane, inform the desk what lane your on handover your keys & get a card that you will need on your return then make your way to the terminal. Upon return you walk a short distance back to the parking desk hand over the card & get your keys. Then the reception team will show you where your can is. The staff are very helpful. There are toilets in the parking reception. The team are great.
