The Newcastle Meet and Greet service takes the hassle out of airport parking, simply drive to the terminal, hand over your car to the fully qualified meet and greet driver and proceed straight to check in. On arrival at the Newcastle airport terminal you will be greeted by a chauffeur who will drive your vehicle to a secured parking facility whilst you proceed to check in.
Once you have collected your luggage telephone Newcastle Meet and Greet using the white courtesy telephone in baggage reclaim, near the toilets. Then make your way outside and turn right towards the short stay car park 3 (fast track car park). Your car will be waiting here for collection.

Security at the Meet and Greet car park includes CCTV, regular security patrols and 24 hour observation.
There is no need for transfers with the Newcastle Meet and Greet service, your fully insured driver will meet you at the airport and drive your car to the fully secured car park whilst you proceed to check-in.
From the A1 - join the A696 for Newcastle international airport. At the A696 airport roundabout, turn right into the airport entrance, then turn left and proceed across two roundabouts, following signs for ‘car hire return’. Opposite ‘car hire return’, enter the short stay 3 car park (fast track car park), and proceed to the meeting point to the right, next to the pedestrian ramp.
From Newcastle, the A68 offers an alternative route onto the A696 for Newcastle airport.
