  • Premium Meet and Greet It was so easy to check my car in then walk the short distance in to the airport, the staff member who checked my car in was very courteous and helpful, he explained everything within 30 seconds and on return my car was ready all I had to do was hand in my ticked check receive my keys, cases in the car and drive, will use this service every time from now on. Happy customer.

  • Park and Fly We entered airport long stay carpark as signposted, obtained ticket from machine and went through once barrier raised. Parked and waited for shuttle bus as many previous occasions. On return, as previously, we got shuttle bus to carpark 6, then drove to exit. Our carpark ticket was declined in machine resulting in security assistance to exit carpark. We were first informed the cameras had likely failed to read our car number plate then, following security checking our validity to be parked there, we were informed we were in wrong carpark. We had done nothing different to previous years by booking parking on line and heading to long stay carpark. Disappointed the carpark arrangements had resulted in this embarrassing delay.

  • Park and Fly Terrible service
    No taxi to pick us up.
    6 year old child walking on roads in rain freezing cold.
    Staff rude. Told them previously before we flew that the Ryanair flight had changed times.
    They said they would change it and checked flight whilst I was there.
    They never bothered and I will never use them again. Also someone had used my car. Got it back with brake lever stuck in place with error message on dash. Terrible had no apology or compensation. Bad service all round
