• Park and Fly A great service as usual. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Minimum wait for bus transfers and car was ready and waiting when we collected it.

• Premium Meet and Greet Before the refurbishment I have always recommended meet and greet Newcastle. My experience with the new service was poor by comparison.
  I paid to have my car valeted whilst I was away. My car had not been cleaned and I have still not received a refund. In the past the windscreen was delisted if necessary and cleaned my windscreen was filthy and covered in sticky stuff.
  My car was parked a long way from the reception (I am disabled and on my last flight returned in a wheelchair). My car was also closely parked next to a family with two small children and this made it difficult for all of us.
  All in all I have been very disappointed with the service provided this time and would look to find a more user friendly parking service next time I travel.
