  Check-in was prompt and courteous. Likewise, the return arrangements worked perfectly! No scrambling round for phone numbers to signal our return, we just walked round to the place we'd left our vehicle and the attendants were waiting with our keys. Will definitely use again !

  there is nobody there to meet you when you arrive and be told we are short staffed so park where you can which is the furthest point from the drop off point and the same on return your car we be at the collection point no ,it was not and when i asked why the told me they were busy complete rip offf

• Meet and Greet I have used BCP on many occasions and found them to be very efficient and helpful. On this occasion and having a new car of less than 2 weeks old, I did have some reservations which unfortunately have come to bare having returned to find my car damaged.
