  Staff - DREADFUL!!!!!! At check in (2pm Mondayth July, you can check who was working at that time) both staff members behind the desk were so dreadfully rude and unprofessional. I entered the cabin and approached the chap on the right of the desk (as I look at the desk) who had just finished serving a customer and said "Hi, I'd like to check my car in please". He grunted, said "You'll have to go to there" and gesticulated to his right. I said "Do you mean next door or to the chap to your right?" he replied with "Him" meaning his colleague to his right. So, I waited until his colleague was free and then approached the desk. This chap was surly. I didn't quite catch what he was saying to me and when I asked him to repeat he almost barked at me. When I returned to Newcastle, I was dreading having to go back to the desk and deal with your staff again.
  OK, they did their jobs but I left feeling like it was me that was wrong, almost guilty. I use this service three or four times a year as it's quicker for me but I would gladly use a different provider if there was one.
