Car parking at East Midlands Airport is made simple with this Meet and Greet Service. Enjoy savings on your parking from BCP and make your passage through the airport as slick as possible by dropping off and picking up your car at the terminal.
Follow signs for the Short Stay car park at East Midlands Airport. When you arrive at Short Stay, use the right hand lane called "Rapid Drop Off". After about 20 metres in this lane you will see the dedicated Meet and Greet spaces on the right. Enter this area by either pressing the intercom button and quoting your reference number or by entering the PIN code 0341 into the pin-pad. Park in any bay here and your chauffeur will meet you to confirm your booking details and collect your car keys. He/She will give you a docket to hold onto for your return. You can then walk to the terminal whilst your car is taken to East Midlands Airport secured Long Stay car park where it will stay until you return.
If your arrival time changes, please let them know as early as possible by calling 01332 812511 and have your booking reference number to hand. If you do not see your chauffeur when you park in the Meet and Greet area, go to the Meet and Greet enquiries office.
When you arrive back, walk back to the Meet and Greet area outside Arrivals and have your docket to hand. Your driver will be there to meet you with your car. They will give you a token to insert into the machine upon exit of the car park.
If you do not see your driver when you return, head to the Enquiries office behind the Meet and Greet area.
This service is available to travelers with disabilities but, for safety reasons, they are not able to allow access to the car park for adapted vehicles.
For the duration of your trip, your car will be stored at the East Midlands Airport Long Stay car park which holds a Park Mark Award for security. It has security fencing and barriers, CCTV and operates regular staff patrols of the grounds.
There are no need for transfers with this service. It only takes a minute to walk to the airport terminal from the Meet and Greet drop off/pick up area.
Leave the M1 at junction 24 from the North, or 23A from the South, and follow signs for East Midlands airport. As you approach the airport, follow signs for the Short Stay car park. Once at the Short Stay car park, use the right hand lane until you see the pre-booked Meet and Greet area on the right and then park.
