• Meet and Greet All very smooth, would be nice if car was a bit closer rather than in a large car park. In Birmingham they have bays close to arrivals which is a nicer service

• Meet and Greet 1) I was under the impression that my car would be parked in one of the airpork car parks, not in a muddy field some 2.5 miles away. 2) The staff member that I spoke to on arrival seemed quite uninterested, however the chap who returned my keys on collection was very helpful and enthusiastic. Two completely opposite experiences.

• Meet and Greet Everything went very smoothly . The staff were very switched on & had a pleasing sense of humour, particularly when our delayed flight arrived in blizzard conditions, unlike the airport staff who were very surly & unwelcoming & behaved almost as if they weren’t expecting us !!

• Meet and Greet We were due to fly out on 1.3.18 but the airport were experiencing problems due to poor weather. The surrounding roads were all passable and we drove for 1 hour to get there with no issues. We parked up, entered the airport and were told several hours later that our flight was cancelled (other flights then departed shortly afterwards). BCP refused to refund our booking fee saying we had to do so via insurance. This is wrong and very poor customer service. We use BCP and will continue to do so but largely as there is no other competition.
