• Meet and Greet The staff were very helpful and the facilities were largely as described. However, in the dark at 6 am, and using your service for the first time, we found the verbal instruction on where to go, after parking the car in the lanes, unclear and we wandered about for a while trying to find the office.

• Meet and Greet everything was as expected until our arrival back from Spain after 2 weeks.The central locking on the car did not work and we had to gain entry by using the key(this has never been necessary before) and the car alarm would not turn off,I have since been to the garage and have had to have all the electronics reset, .the drivers seat was positioned in such a way that someone of about 4 feet in height would have been the only person that could have got behind the wheel,which I found very strange, but the biggest bugbare was to find that the inside of my car on the passenger side was wet through,the carpets were sodden so obviously the car had been left with the window or the door open

• Meet and Greet Long delay getting in outboard flight about 30 mins. First time experienced this as normally straight through. Need to look at this as apparently only one person able to let cars through.

• Meet and Greet There was a long queue to enter the car park,staff very friendly on entering, we couldn't find our exit ticket, first person unhelpful, second person in exit OK, then on leaving car park we had a large stone wedged under frinrpt wheel which we had to take to a garage to remove, this was from the car park as awful noise all the way home, car was fine on leaving at car park.
