• Meet and Greet As a wheel carrier user I can't recommend the service highly enough.
  I would recommend that on the website advice is printed regarding the use of the actual proposed arrival time when you book, rather than what you would normally do for long term carpark booking, putting in a buffer in case of a late flight. The car is parked in order of arrival and so if you don't use the correct time it could delay return of your car.
  However despite the inconvenience I caused,the staff could not have been more helpful or professional.

• Meet and Greet Not a Meet & Great service when you have to trek across a car park to one of the furthest away spots looking for your car in torrential rain in the dark. Staff very pleasant, however i may aswell have paid for the nearest regular car park.

• Meet and Greet Drop off was swift, smooth and efficient - right outside the terminal building. Pick up was equally easy - even though my card to pick up the car had been soaked in a thunder storm in florida and all of the markings had gone, your efficient and friendly staff made it easy for me. Would definitely use again. A little gem of an airport and such an easy process to drive up and leave your car - why would anyone use Luton ? This is far easier !
