• Meet and Greet I have been very satisfied with Meet and Greet at East Midland Airport on a number of previous occasions but this time was most unsatisfactory. I had to wait in a queue of vehicles for 25 minutes to get in to the car park and when I complained to the reception staff I was told that I had been lucky, some had been delayed for 40 minutes! This is completely unacceptable – I could have walked from another car park or caught a shuttle bus far quicker. I might have missed my flight and the risk of this caused me unnecessary stress. The departures lounge wasn’t even particularly busy when I got there. I won’t use Meet and Greet again until I am assured the service has improved.

• Meet and Greet As usual every time no complaints except that our car had obviously been parked under a cherry tree for the duration , a Japanese owner would have been proud ! we had to find a car wash as our car was a laughing stock . At the car wash considerable amusement was obvious and they charged us an extra £1 !!

• Meet and Greet Very easy procedure. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and cracking jokes. Signs giving instructions as you enter airport. You're told where to park car and to drop key off right outside entrance. On return collect key and collect car. So easy. Will recommend this service to everyone.
