• Meet and Greet Staff very helpful.Your "Meet & Greet" is not a valid description as I have used at other UK airports. Price for my 6 days parking was excessive, when just 4 weeks earlier, I paid only £4.46 more, for 11 days parking.Does'nt make sense to me.

• Meet and Greet My car was absolutely covered in red brick dust which was also under the bonnet and all over the engine. Was handed a letter saying they didn’t have time to wash it so I could get it washed and then claim back the money. This is totally unacceptable and the car needs a complete valet not just a wash! It was late st night when we collected it and the driver and passenger windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out of them properly do it was dangerous to drive. We got dust & grime all over our clothes and suitcases as we loaded and unloaded the vehicle.

• Meet and Greet In terms of convenience , the car park was great however when I came back to pick up the car , I found the car to be extremly dirty , covered with the thick layer of a brown dust .
  Having spend almost £100 on a meet and greet I find this to be unacceptable .

• Meet and Greet All went very smoothly, with helpful staff. My only comment, which is actually a compliment to the service you provide, is that so many others were booking in vehicles and collecting their keys at the time we arrived we had to queue for a short while in the very hot sun - an indication of the popularity of your service. The cost was also extremely competitive.

• Meet and Greet Have used BCP a few times and no complaints, one thing that does bug me though, how can they call it meet and greet! It's a bit misleading in the wording but service is very good, staff very friendly.

• Meet and Greet Locking the car when it’s parked ready to be picked up would be helpful. I knew instantly it was unclocked because the mirrors retract when it’s locked and they weren’t. It’s not good enough to leave people’s cars, in car parks, unlocked. Thankfully we had no valuables in it.
  On the plus side they did bring it very close to the terminal as I’m disabled.

• Meet and Greet We have used before & facilities still great no hassell parking up everything went smoothly we were delayed coming home by 3hours but didn't need to pay extra not as yet anyway unless we get a bill come through! Very good service would certainly use again
