• Meet and Greet The staff on arrival were efficient and helpful, however on our return, the desk staff did not acknowledge me and another team member had to assist. She handed the keys and showed me a map with directions to the car, gave me the lane number but did not state the area. A bit lapse with communication I felt.

• Meet and Greet As I am a Blue Badge holder I asked for my car to be returned to a spot near the office. It was left quite a lng walk away. Maybe you could have some designated disabled parking places.

• Meet and Greet Signs for meet and greet are very difficult to see. Both on entering the airport. Also when you come through arrivals it was difficult to find how to get to meet and greet.

• Meet and Greet Recent bad press reports made us vary but we found the whole parking experiences both arrival and departure were absolutely brilliant. All staff encountered were really helpful. My only comment would be to have a hearing loop facility at the reception.

• Meet and Greet When we arrived at the airport there was half an hour wait to hand in keys. On return our car was a really long walk away which is not meet and greet. It would have been quicker and easier to park in the normal car park and would probably been cheaper. All meet and greet did was look after my key for a week I could have parked the car and looked after my own key. The car was parked at the very end of the terminal building and when you have cases it's a very long way.

• Meet and Greet Having used meet n greet at several airports this year, Stansted stands head and shoulders above the rest. Great staff and facilities, no hassle. So easy. Gatwick and Luton have a lot to learn from this service.

• Meet and Greet I found the parking experience stressful as the meet and greet service booked was not available on the day due to technical problems. We travelled through the night for and early departure and time was of the essence. Being told that I ahd to park in the mid-stay car park, something I had not booked, and then having to wait in the freezing early morning cold for a bus, did not make the3 experience enjoyable. I*t also made us minutes late to to the terminal, therefore giving us less time to relax at the airport before departure. And the same process of the waiting and bus journey to get the car on the way back. We were not happy with the service as we didn't get what we booked.
