  • Meet and Greet This carpark was not meet & greet, it was just on site parking by the time you had made the minute walk to your car. I was very disappointed considering the price we paid

  • Meet and Greet Staff were brilliant however wen we arrived home the car was parked a long way away as it was quite they went and got the car for us and brought it to the door which was brilliant however had we arrived at a busy time this would not be possible and we would have had to struggle with bags a car seat a pushchair and 3 young holders defeating the object of meet and greet to save us the walk to the car!!

  • Meet and Greet I have used this service on many occasions and normally passes without incident, on our return the staff had problems locating our car and we had to search for mins before finding it. I would put this down to human error but would still recommend using the service.

  • Meet and Greet Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. We were just disappointed that our vehicle was parked such a long way off when we returned. It was in the Red zone which is quite a long walk, especially if you have a lot of luggage, and, in my case, an injured foot!

  • Meet and Greet On arrival it was extremely busy and people were getting stressed but this was not fown to your staff who were excellent.It wss down to the fact people leave things to the last minute and also try to retrieve their keys with no paperwork. The only slight problem we had was on returning to pick up my vehicle was the distance we had to walk after collecting my keys, this was only a problem because we had my mother with us in a wheelchair other than everything was excellent.

  • Meet and Greet I book this every year and have never had anything negative to say. However, not this year. Our car was parked furthest away from reception. So tightly that passengers couldn't get in. The camera inside the car had been move on the window screen. Absolutely no need to touch this.

  • Meet and Greet On arrival there was a large queue into the meet and greet area and people where just abandoning there cars in the queue and going to the terminal leaving there keys with an official near by this obviously meant that the queue did not move and it was total chaos eventually we had to do the same or miss our flight we had to carry all our luggage across numerous car parks making it a twenty minute walk to the terminal this was not what I paid for, I had made bookings for two cars so 7 of us including small children had to make this trek we had to rush to catch our flight not knowing what was going to happen to our cars and on return one of them had been extensively damaged no t s good advert at all we paid a lot of money to BCP and received nothing in the way of service

  • Meet and Greet Great service. A little nervous at leaving the car to begin with as so busy early August and a lot complaining when I went to check-in. Process was simple and checked-in without issue. On collection we had a very nice lady from Manchester assist us, no issues, fetched the car for us to a more closer spot and within minutes we were on our way home. Very early AM collection (1am) without issue. Great service

  • Meet and Greet We had ordered the official Meet and Greet service as we were travelling with the whole family and wanted to ensure a trouble free trip. When we arrived we were told that due to technical reasons the service was not operational, and we had to park in the long stay car park. We were informed that we would get a full refund (cost £79) and that the details were in the letter we were handed. As instructed we proceeded to the Long stay car park, to find that it was full, and we were told to go to the Mid stay car park. By this time we had opened the letter and discovered that it told us to go to the Mid Stay car park, not the Long stay as we had been told. We then drove to the Mid stay car park - it took some time to park, as the instructed Zone was in fact full. Because of the time that had elapsed from us arriving at the Meet and Greet service and arriving at the airport we were in serious danger of missing our flight. For this reason, I used the Ryanair app to purchase Fast Track security for all 6 in our party (Cost £42), which should not have been necessary if the car parking service was working. We went through security and arrived at the gate just as the plane was boarding - had it not been for the last minute purchase we would have missed the plane on account of the car parking delays. Then, on full examination of the letter we were given, it turned out we were not offered a refund but simply £10 of vouchers. Whilst we understand that problems can arise, it was unacceptable that not only did we not receive the service that we ordered (and trusted in making our arrival time decision) but that we were given false information about where to park, and false information about a refund that did not materialise. This resulted in an extra cost of £42 for fast track security, without which we would not have made the plane, as well as the stress of coming close to 6 people missing the flight.

  • Meet and Greet Friendly staff on entering the car park, dropped the keys off at the office no problems. On returning the queue for key collection was out the door so not so good.

  • Meet and Greet Car park was too busy bordering on chaotic. Not enough recognisable staff on. We ended up parking a good distance from the terminal both for drop-off and collection. Not a great experience this time.

  • Meet and Greet The service was terrible. It took over minutes to actualy get into the carpark due to a queue and then we were told we would be directed by an attendant who wasn't there so we parked the car and as unloading out luggage and children the attendant appeared and told us to move the car. the queue to leave your keys is always long and takes overmins and it is the same on pick up. It is NOT a meet and greet service.
