  • Meet and Greet It was an absolute nightmare coming home in the early hours and having to wait hours for your car. People were standing wrapped in blankets as the wait was so long. People screaming and shouting to get their cars and also panic for the people trying to drop off keys. It was an absolute nightmare. I have always used meet and greet but will give it serious thought when next booking my car in September.

  • Meet and Greet I had to wait mins to check my car in.
    On my return I queued for mins and then your staff could not find my key! After a minutes they found them .
    I have another booking for 9th August I'm tempted to cancel!

    1. Delay in getting him as car ref no not recognised and staff unable to recognise booking ref. no;
    2. Some delay in locating car keys on my return.

  • Meet and Greet Dropping the car off was fine, no problems even though it was obviously busy.
    On return at.15 pm, the car was not where we were told it was, Red I15. So we looked in the cold drizzle for our car thinking maybe it was L15 as it looks quite similar or somewhere else close by. No, not there either and not obviously close by. We were left waiting in the rain while a member of staff looked for the car. He drove up with it about minutes later and told us it had been in L15!
    I was not best pleased as we had a 2 hour drive home still to go and I booked meet and greet to get away as fast as possible

  • Meet and Greet The service is very different from when we started to use you three years ago. The drop off is further away from departures, the collection on return likewise. When it rained we got soaked both dropping and collecting the car.

  • Meet and Greet Everything was great until i had to collect my key. They couldn't find it for minutes in the middle of the night.
    Plastic tubs do not seem the best way to organise that number of keys. Mine were eventually found when all staff members (5) were told to help look through all the tubs.
    I was not the only one whose key was misplaced, there were at least 2 others but mine took the longest. Tubs seemed to be everywhere.

  • Meet and Greet Given the distance that I had to walk from car to office and back again at the end of my holiday, I would not call this 'Meet and Greet'. Also, due to problems on my return, I have not felt able to mark this higher. I was given a bay number, but unfortunately not a row letter! My first call to the office rang off unanswered, the second got me the row letter - eventually - only for me to discover that, based on the "10 minute walk" advice that I had been given with my key and a finger pointing to the general placement of my car, I had walked too far! The young lady who had given me my key was obviously not too familiar with the layout of the car park. I had a much easier experience on my previous booking with you when I parked the car myself, with no assistance from your staff. And it was cheaper.

  • Meet and Greet No the service was appalling and I will be writing in a separate email to request my money back. I travelled back from France with my year old mother to find the car boxed in. It took around an hour for staff to find keys and move the cars blocking us before we could leave.
