• Meet and Greet It was the first time we had used the Meet and Greet facility at Stanstead Airport and we found it to be excellent in all respects. The staff were polite and helpful and we were impressed that the office is open hours a day.

• Meet and Greet Staff were pleasant and helpful. It was, however, difficult to get my car out of the parking lane as we were prevented from driving straight out of the adjacent lane by a single vehicle at the head of the lane. We had to reverse almost the full length of our lane.
