• Meet and Greet Meet & Greet did not have my car ready when I returned despite me texting to point out that the default time that they had assigned to my flight was 1hr 40mins after landing & I would want my car earlier. My friends saw my car delivered to the meet & greet area and after about 15mins they told me & I requested my keys. I was in a hurry to get to a meeting & lost 20mins to 1/2 hr. It would have been quicker to use the long stay car park making the extra charge pointless. It is obvious that your systems or service is poor when you have to display signs about not abusing staff - good service does not cause abuse!

• Meet and Greet On arrival it took 5 mins before anyone responded at the gate to give me access to the car park. Once in though all was fine. On arrival home, apparently there had been some computer crashes during the day and it was absolute chaos. I queued for an hour to get my key. I was one of the lucky one and my car was waiting for me. Some people were reporting a 2 hour wait once they had been served. I understand these were difficult circumstances, but surely they should have a strategy in place to mitigate such an occurance! I booked this revive as I was travelling alone with a late arrival time and didn't fancy the bus and a dark Carpark alone. I wouldn't risk booking again, I will take my chances with buses to the carpark.
