• Meet and Greet This visit and using Meet & Greet went quite well. Two small points, gaining entry to actual parking area through the gate took a long time, perhaps ten minutes, cars behind me where on the main road waiting which is not good. If your camera work with Reg recognition worked we would not have to wait for a person to ask you all these questions. Once through there was no one to show me where to park. So choose an empty lane and abandoned my car. All tech rest went well.

• Meet and Greet We have done meet and greet at gatwick many times and had a fantastic service, but will never do it again at Stansted, it was horrendous. They don't meet or greet you - you drive in and become part of a circus, with a queue to hand in your keys which takes ages and you almost miss your flight. They are rude and surly and how they manage to get the right key to the right person at the end is a miracle. Very unprofessional - never again!
