• Meet and Greet The staff seemed poorly trained and badly organised. Their English language skills were poor, I was mumbled At rather than spoken to. Upon arrival I offered my printed booking but the staff member preferred to repeatedly ask my reg number and repeatedly take it down wrong. Poor customer service. I did not leave the drop off confident that my car would be In safe hands whilst I was away. Thankfully it was waiting when I got back.

• Meet and Greet I didn't realise that we weren't going to be picked up at the drop off outside the arrivals entrance which is what used to happen. So was quite disappointed. I had a bike bag and a large holdall and wanted to keep the walking to an absolute minimum!

  For over 30 mins 5 members of staff hunted for my car keys installing NO confidence in the system what so ever. Tried and with a long journey ahead this made me feel sick with worry, no apology from staff and no offer of any compensation even a drink of water while I waited

• Meet and Greet On Sunday 29th May we booked Meet and Greet for an early morning flight. We were appalled to find a huge queue which meant we queued to get into the Meet and Greet car park for approximately 30 minutes. Absolutely inexcusable to not have adequate staff on at the beginning of a school holiday period. This had a significant impact on us and we nearly missed our flight. We are unlikely to pay the additional amount of money for this next time and will just go to short stay next time.
