• Meet and Greet Unfortunately when we went to drop kwys the queues were massive which we didn't expect this was our first time using your service and I was disappointed by the wait !

• Meet and Greet On arrival I didn't know what I needed to do, which is why meet and greet was booked, to make it much easier. I found the person very unhelpful and wouldn't recommend I'm afraid! My partner is a travel agent and I could've booked through her, but wanted to do it myself. I paid £80 ish, or thereabouts for 5 days. I will not use BCP again.

• Meet and Greet Everything went well apart form the long queue to get to the car park. The road system approaching the airport is totally inadequate at peak times. Also your desk seemed understaffed at 4.00 pm on retur. But your system is good and effective

Although we did not book the meet and greet Plus the gentleman brought our car close by the kiosk so that my husband who was using a walking stick (recently had a full knee replacement ) to get in the car to avoid having to walk a long way. He even helped to load our luggage in the car. Will definitely use this service again.

• Meet and Greet Booked online which was very easy & the cheapest! Everything went smoothly on arrival. Our return flight was delayed by 2 hours but pick up at Stansted went smoothly. Will use again if the price is OK.

• Meet and Greet when we returned our flight was delayed by 2 hours and we arrived at 3am to find that our car had been moved to the furthest end of the car park and blocked in with two other cars. We then had to walk back and forth the entire length of the car park and wait 15 minutes for someone to come and move one of the other cars so that we could get out.
