• Meet and Greet Used this 30 November no meat & greet you park your ar you walk to the office to hand your key in on return you walk tot the office to get your key then told where your car is couldn’t find the bay no one out there to show you walk back then shown a map of bays back again to find car better off to use short term car park poor service

• Meet and Greet Arrival went smooth with plenty of staff around to help, although with hindsight we should have asked for more help for our 90 year old who ended up walking to the terminal which was a bit far for him. On return we noticed a help button. Sadly on our return we had problems with finding the car having been given the incorrect lane and we had trouble working out the number sequence. The only staff we found appeared to be having a social and we had just found the car at that point. By now our 90 year old, who was in a wheelchair, was very cold.

• Meet and Greet So easy, excellent directions, friendly staff on arrival at both entering the car park and booking in and on departure it was very easy, friendly staff amd plain instructions on where to find my car. We always use BCP car parking for this reason.

• Meet and Greet I would have thought meet and greet would have meant the car was brought to us when we arrived back at Stansted. Instead it took us about 40 minutes from getting through customs to getting to our car in the pouring rain. We were expecting to go to a desk in arrivals and be advised where our car would be brought to rather than have to go and fetch the car from somewhere else

• Meet and Greet We arrived at 5am at Stansted Meet and Greet which was busy at that time and after a short queue we got to the office. All OK.
  On our return after 10 days, at 3pm, our car was parked a long way away and there was a very obliging young man who brought the car closer to the office, a welcome move as we are in our 70s and don't walk very well. All in all a good experience.

• Meet and Greet I have been using this carpark for many years and also four times this year .The problem I have with it Is on your return the car is further and further away .I think I may look into doing a park and ride as its a lot cheaper and will not have to walk so far in the rain

• Meet and Greet We had a meet and greet- however NO One greeted us back from our holiday at Stansted!!! We had to walk to our car once we got our beets back from the Reception Desk - this walk took about 10-15 minutes from Reception- I thought our car would have been brought to us at the Reception. Would not recommend meet and greet - a total waste of money !!!!
