• Meet and Greet The Meet & Greet service is great and uses it whenever I travel abroad from Stansted. The staff is great and friendly. However we came back from holiday early this morning and had to walk all the way to the other side of the car park with with heavy luggages & bags. It would have been easier if the car had been moved closer to the office where I picked up the key from.

• Meet and Greet It really wasn’t meet and greet, I expect the car keys to be taken off me and not have to stand in a queue. I feel it really is not a meet and greet service, you just feel that you are in a queue to go on to a ferry. It really should be named easy parking, you also are directed a long way around on your return, making it a hassle. Really feel miss sold.
