• Meet and Greet The queue even to get into the meet and greet carpark at 4.45 a m were ridiculous and took so long we had to pay extra for fast track security to make it to our flight. Clearly understaffed and over-booked for the capacity of your infrastructure. A thoroughly unpleasant and frustrating experience.
  Coming back was only slightly better. Suggest you supply a clear phone number (not hidden in the small print) to contact when delayed by baggage unloading problems - and someone to answer the phones!

• Meet and Greet Given wrong car keys on collection of vehicle at Stansted meet and greet which is really just a nearby car park. Told wrong bay. Staff blamed system and took ages to find correct keys and then told us the wrong bay again, luckily we'd already seen our car. Staff didn't speak English very well and couldn't understand what had happened.

• Meet and Greet Staff courteous, easy booking process etc., however on our return, we found cars parked close together and some cars added on the end of bays making reversing out etc very difficult. I do not recall the BCP meet and greet parking bays to have been so tight when I have used previously. Apart from that everything else was fine

• Meet and Greet We were caught up with the issue when Ryanair cancelled flights and thus many retrieving early but the queues should have been organised better.

• Meet and Greet I amended my pick up time online a day before I was due to fly , however , as a result of this change my car details disappeared from the data system and on arrival they had to be entered manually . Despite this problem overall happy with service . Have used this car park twice before .
