• Maple Parking Meet and Greet We had to wait 30 minutes in the cold for our car, I had to call to chase it up, and was told after waiting 15mins it would be with us in 5 mins. Had to call again to chase, very bad service. I called as soon as we got our bags, we arrived in the car par and there was a minion bus for Maple in the car park with drivers in it, just parked up. This didn't leave the carpark for 5 minutes... Going to ask for a refund

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet We called the same time as other people on our flight theirs turned up in less than 15 minutes, I had to call 4 times, got someone who was really rude and the car turned up 33minutes later-appalling!

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet A very satisfied customer. Met at Birmingham airport at 04:30, very tired and rushed. I was going to photograph the car in case of issues but the driver did it before I could. Then in the rush, I left my phone connected to a charger cable in the centre console. I phoned from the terminal to record the fact and hopefully ensure that the phone would still be there on my return. Waited 12 mins for the car to be returned about 22:40, no kerbed wheels and no phone in centre console, just the cable. After checking around, I found the phone had been placed in the glovebox for safe keeping. Excellent service, thanks.
