• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Easy to use booking procedure and the whole process went without a hitch - within minutes of coming out of arrivals with our luggage our car was outside ready for us to drive away.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Return was a nightmare! I phoned for 2 cars at sane time as we were travelling in two cars . One car cane and the other was 30 mins later!! Not ideal when the other car belonged to my father who is diabetic and needed to get home for food also our car could not stay in bay to wait for other car due to short stay 10 mins in car park only!!

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet arrived home 18th feb 2016 evening BPC was Not helpful at all we telephoned BCP as soon as we collected our cases the man told us our car will be out side waiting,1 hour later it arrived me my husband and out two young children where froze we telephoned BCP 4 times they kept saying it is on its way disgusting will never never use this car lot again dreadful

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Leaving the car on the outward journey was no problem and went smoothly. On the way back we landed at 3 in the morning, once we collected our luggage I phoned and was told to wait where we had dropped of the car. The weather was freezing after 15 mins I rang again and was told it normally takes about 15 minutes for the car to arrive. After another 15 minutes I rang again, I was told the car should be round the corner. It arrived about 5 minutes later. What I couldn't understand is why tell someone to go and wait for the car in the freezing cold when it is going to take at least 15 minutes for the car to arrive! As it was it took half an hour. I have used your service before without a problem, but this was not good enough, especially in the middle of winter.
