• Flying Scot Facilities seem OK and staff were helpful in getting us on and off the bus. However, with being elderly, we would have preferred the car being brought to the reception point rather and going to locate it in the car park.

• Flying Scot Little problem on return, could not get out of parking space. However the staff sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently.

• Flying Scot Normally good but waited quite a while for the minibus to the airport.Also the surface where the cars are parked are all rough stones and potholes so if it's been raining it's like a quagmire.Needs resurfaced badly.

• Flying Scot Start doing the vehicle condition surveys. None was completed with me and I was not in any rush for my flight.

• Flying Scot The only problem was damage inflicted on my car while at Flying Scot. This was to the passenger front and rear doors. I was asked to complete a Damage Report before leaving, a photocopy of which I was given. The report also requested written confirmation which I sent off today by email. Now awaiting the outcome.

• Flying Scot Staff helpful but not enough buses. Called for pickup and was told would be a few minutes. Went straight to stance and just missed one. Waited 10 mins for another minibus to arrive only for it to fill up with people who had arrived after me when I was putting my case in the back. Had to unload case and wait another 15 mins for another minibus. Surely there should be a system where people are collected in the order they call rather than people with hand luggage only skipping the queue while people with cases are putting them in the back?
