• Flying Scot arrived back into edinburgh airport at.05 on/4 and they told us we had booked our car in wrong and it wasnt ready. when they looked into it further i had booked it correctly just the receptionist when we arrived had put it as a day later. so we had to wait when they moved loads of cars to get ours out. no apologies he just blamed the lady on reception and said she was in hers and had done this before. will not use them again. at.30 in the morning with a three hour drive home you just want it to run smoothly and this certainly did not.

• Flying Scot You need to review your staffing levels for car valeting. I was away for days but could not get a full valet. This is losing your company money and I will consider other options next trip as a result.

• Flying Scot Broken bus have to wait about 1/2 @ 4.30 am with kids vey rude staff, unhelpful, one of the reasons I've booked because of you providing car valet & when I asked the member of staff said were don't today , I was flying so no need the car get clean same day however was hoping getting done 5 days later when I arrived home !! So no more booking after with fly scots or sister company's

• Flying Scot Turned up for bus back on time but was told the bus was full. Driver was very abrupt and seemed to care little that I had a cold, tired 6 year old. A second coach was sent quickly but it did leave a sour taste.
