• Flying Scot disgusted with the service when we returned to collect my car they couldn't find it so we were left standing in the car park then when a man came over and told us they had got the car and it was in a mess and had to be cleaned well what they done was take a hose over it and brought it to me still covered in dirt I am disabled and travelled all day didn't need all this hassle and standing around very unhappy customer

• Flying Scot Going out yes. Arrival home not helpful. Abrupt couldn't care less attitude we were told you're not getting on this bus, and said he didn't know when next one would be. Not what you want when you've been traveling for hours. Will not use Flying Scotagain.

• Flying Scot Like many people I booked on accessibility to airport and price. When we arrived cars were queued out on to the road which was disconcerting. I used this car park at Easter and was transferred out to Newbridge. So my impression is that there is a lack of control on number of bookings taken. Had I not already booked this last trip I would gone elsewhere.

• Flying Scot Booked for 2 weeks on return bird droppings on the car would appreciate if valet service had been available as droppings were engrained and unsightly first priority on return was to wash the car
