• Flying Scot Worst experience yet using air parks. Due to a lack of staffing it took me minutes from getting my keys to getting out of the park due to a number of cars having to be moved. Will not use again

• Flying Scot Booked with Flying Scot and ended up being taken to Low Cost Parking. The respective businesses are linked and this is not made clear when booking. Paid extra to book with Flying Scot - NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

• Flying Scot Computers were down and we were sent to another parking location. Bus leading the cars soon lost us. There were not enough buses at Low Cost Parking for everyone and we were in great danger of missing our flight. When we returned, still not enough buses to take us back to our cars. Your bus drivers did their very best in a difficult situation but the problem was managed very poorly. No one apologised.

• Flying Scot Booked to FLYING SCOT who I go with every time Glasgow and Edinburgh. Timed journey accordingly. Told there were problems with the computers as if we are idiots and cannot see the car park is chock a block. You couldn't have parked a bike. Told to queue with other cars and follow white van. It went to Ratho at a rate that was hard to keep up with between traffic as the road is extremely busy with traffic lights and roundabouts. By the time we got there I was on edge and worried we may miss check-in for our flight. This is totally unacceptable, we should have been informed of the change and would have gone directly there. The saving grace was the other car park were great. Nothing was a problem. Excellent service from them. Sort this out.

• Flying Scot On return journey at airport driver was very rude and seemed very harassed as to how many people he could allow on bus as having to use overflow car park.
  When we arrived at office advised to check if car was there or at overflow , car was not at original car park so had to get back on the bus to be taken to overflow . An absolute shambles we will not be using it again !!!!
