  • Flying Scot When collecting my car after the holiday, the young man wanted the payment again as he had no record of the booking, i had left my original payment receipt with Flying Scot on arrival at the depot, as they didn't have a booking recorded for me. Disappointing !!

  • Flying Scot Dropping the car off was fine the lady was polite she was busy but kept up to date. Coming back was a complete different story. I gave the ticket to one of the two guys on duty. One turned to the other and said "oh another one" slam down his keys went through to the back office and stormed out. It later came to light that the system had me arriving 24 hours later although my booking was absolutely correct. I proved this by showing him the booking on my mobile, so the mistake has been made on their car park system. We were already stressed after the flight home and losing a bag and thought the guys attitude was terrible when we said we will probably not fly out of Edinburgh again the operative said Edinburgh is the capital of the world it's the best place in a condescending manner. I was disappointed as it had gone so well on the out journey.

  • Flying Scot Flying scot wrecked two wheels,scrapped both tyres and gouged a sharp hole into 1 of them. The car was brand new driven from showroom and yet flying scot refuses to fix this problem. They will not answer questions on phone and they deliberately gave me a wrong email address. I am a disabled terminally I'll man and yet these shocking people running flying scot do not in anyway cooperate with serious problems like this. To do this is bad enough but to refuse to give insurance details and give you wrong email addresses is beyond belief. Never again and people out there please park where no one gets left your key

  • Flying Scot The lady at the desk was pleasant and efficient. THE Driver less so as he was quite grumpy on the return journey, probably due to the extra traffic generated by the Highland Show. So perhaps allowances have to be made here.
    My main criticism is with the poor quality of the parking surface. Some investment is urgently required to improve this aspect. By the time we dragged our cases over this rough and gravelly area, our suitcases were filthy, and were in a much worse state than even baggage handling at the Airports at both ends of our journey!
    Pricing was OK but we would pay more for a better surfaced car parking area with another provider. Doubt if we will be back.

  • Flying Scot I feel that there is not a lot of space in the car park and my car was parked on a bit of a ramp, was told to be careful when driving out as it may catch the bottom of my car....WHY did they park my car where it could have been damaged?.

  • Flying Scot I always use BCP and I chose FLying Scot. I made a mistake in my booking and the staff, despite y error, did everything they could to accommodate us. I'll definitely use the service again as it is the best value and the least hassle
