• Flying Scot I would be obliged if you could pass my apologies on to Flying Scot for giving them the wrong date of my return. This caused some confusion on arrival home, however despite my error, Flying Scot solved the problem quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We are entirely happy with Flyinf Scot and would recommend them to any of our friends and family.

• Flying Scot Since the Flying Scot have started serving the Low Cost airport the service has deteriorated considerable. I had to wait at the airport for 30 minutes to be transferred back to Flying Scot. Similarly I had to wait 15 minutes to be transferred to the airport. The waiting times have shot up and this was previously the advantage of Flying Scot - will book elsewhere from now on.

• Flying Scot As instructed we 'phoned Flying Scot on return. Luckily we arrived at pick up point with our family and young Grandson before a crowd of others who did not 'phone or we would have had to stand in the cold for the next bus !!! They did not ask for our names or tickets, so anyone can get on it.

• Flying Scot The staff were efficient but lacked the Glasgow friendliness that I'm used to. However, when you engaged slightly with them, they were friendly and I was very grateful for the fill up of my water bottle for my long journey home. Parking was very good value; and the transfer to the airport was very short. Good combination.

• Flying Scot The bus left half full despite the driver seeing other people arriving at the stop. We waited 20 minutes for another but it was too small to take everyone and people were left again. I book Flying Scot because it's near the airport, however the bus now also goes to another long term park at Newbridge hence the delay so I will be booking elsewhere in future.
