• Low Cost Staff were fine however on collection 2 rude old men jumped into the bus ahead of us, despite being there before them. I was left with my wife and kids waiting in the cold for another bus, not impressed as I had called for them.

• Low Cost I miss my flight I arrived at 7am and my flight was at 9am and I just had my transfer after 8 am and we arrived 8.35 at the airport I bought new tickets for me and my family it cots 550 pounds. I will never use this park and I won't recommend it.

• Low Cost everything went smoothly only thing i would say is could do with a bit more space when you drop the car of quite a few of us arrived at the same time as it was raining there was no place to wait on the bus arriving

• Low Cost This is the second time we have used Low Cost and both times we have been kept waiting half an hour. The first time it was in winter and it was sleeting. We were chilled to the marrowbone, hanging about in the open air, freezing by the second while coach after coach came and collected passengers. But your outfit? Nowhere to be seen!
  This time, we had our two young grandchildren with us. They are aged 2 and 5 and we are 70. We were kept waiting 29 minutes! That's in spite of the fact you ask us for the time of the return flight. You must be aware of the arrival of flights. After all, that's your job! But, no, no one was there!
  By the time a coach did arrive, we had seen all the other coaches come and go, collecting their passengers. And because yours was so late in coming, more passengers had arrived and they had to be left standing, awaiting another coach!
  It's so unsatisfactory, after a long journey, late in the evening, with small children, to have to wait for a coach. And that's in spite of being asked to call from the airport to announce our arrival, and being told : I'll be there in five minutes.

• Low Cost Excellent facilities, the staff are especially wonderful. We nearly missed flight because of road works and Highland show but the staff made sure we got to airport before check in closed. Thankful the staff member new a back road so we missed all the traffic. We were driven in our own car as the buses were stuck in the horrendous jams. They went beyond our expectations. A big massive thank you to the owner and the guy that got us to the airport on time. We always use low cost when flying from Edinburgh and would highly recommend the parking and service you receive for such a reasonable price. Thanks again low cost

• Low Cost Would appear to operate with only two buses despite being probably one of the longer transfers at Edinburgh. Waited 20/25 minutes on both legs for pick up longer than other pick ups previously used. Staff were fine and busses clean etc but need to improve transfer times
