• Low Cost Staff friendly, take care of moving car when seen. on departure early Am flight only two members of staff; one checking cars in other moving them who seemed stressed.Only down fall would be that there is only two buses running for two separate car parks(t peak times); meaning only 12-14 people could travel at once and when there is 3/4 flights arriving there's problems. Also on departure the car park was busy but had to wait 15/20 minutes in the cold as their was only one bus and the reception area is not big enough.
  If they were to increase bus service and possible a bus shelter at the car park would definitely use them again.

• Low Cost Your Staff great - probably came back on a bad day & time - highland show just packing up. Queue in rain for delayed bus in rain without cover , breakdown luggage carousel, handling agent understaffed half wait for bus from plane - 2and half hours to get out of airport - Edinburgh airport needs to get act together .Why is it being pushed with so much extra traffic ,when Glasgow is better located for access and infrastructure ?

• Low Cost The staff were helpful and everything was as described however it would of been good if the bus had been there waiting on us when we arrived as it wasn't much fun standing in the cold and rain in the early hours waiting on the bus.

• Low Cost Staff were very helpful and very pleasant. My only issue I have is that the car park was very difficult to find. The postcode on the email I got was wrong so ended up miles away from the carpark. Also none of the information on the email including the phone number wasn't event relevant to the carpark. It also said pick up would be bay 6 on the email but in fact it was bay 7 we were dropped off and picked up from. All this information is really needing updated.
