• Park and Fly Parking was a breeze - paperwork made it quick and simple process - when we returned we rang the number given and the bus picked us up really quickly and when we got to our car the engine was running the heaters on and all ready for a 3 hour drive home.It was a cold winter night at around midnight so car was frost free and ideal for the start of a long cold journey. • Park and Fly I felt it was easy to book and the staff were quick and dependable. The one improvement would be to have more lighting on the premises. We arrived back in the late evening and it was pitch black on the site with cars everywhere so reversing out was a bit of a problem and we were frightened of hitting another car as we couldn't see properly in the dark.

• Park and Fly The pick up from the airport was the worst I have ever experienced. I phoned from the airport as instructed and it was an answering machine which instructed me to go to stand 5. On my way to the stand I phoned again and again it was n answering machine. I stood at the stand for 15 minutes and no bus came. I then phoned again and they hadn't even left to pick me up. They asked me three times where I had flown from. They said that the bus would be with me in 5 minutes. Fifteen minutes later the bus arrived and again the driver asked me to confirm where I had flown from. We then waited in the stand for another 8 minutes. I asked the driver why we were waiting and he said 2 minutes. Another employee got in the bus. At the depot they asked me what type of car I had. I told them. They lifted the case from the bus and just placed it on the ground and told me the key would be in the car.
  I felt as if i was a bother to them. There was no good customer care at all. and it was only marginally better when i dropped off the car at the beginning of my trip. I won't be using them again.
