• Park and Fly Car park initially was quite hard to find but once there the service was great, your staff were so helpful, polite and efficient. On our return the bus was waiting for us and even greeted me by name when I called, the bus was waiting for us and the driver was lovely. Would recommend your service and will use it again. • Park and Fly There was a 25 minute wait before we were ferried to the airport. This is unacceptable when having to be at the airport on time for a flight.

• Park and Fly Pick up & drop offs worked smoothly. Dark outside office when trying to unload luggage from car. Driver on return didn't tell us keys were inside car.

• Park and Fly We found it very difficult to find from Berwick upon Tweed even though we had a planner. Also thought the guy at reception was not very helpful, & we found him difficult to understand. Coming back we had to wait over half an hour in the freezing rain & wind, & once again could'nt understand him after we had phoned twice.
