• Long Stay North every thing went smoothly until we came to leave and then the ticket barrier tried to charge us another £125.00 I went into reception and the person who dealt with my query was very pleasant but my wife was very stressed and it would have been better if it had not happened.

• Long Stay North Drop off a little closer to the terminal. The drop of used to be directly outside the enrance, now it's a slight walk.

• Long Stay North Arrived back at 2am and it seemed that the staff couldn't cope. Wasn't taken to our bus stop, had to walk to it from the front of the car park, with all our cases in the pouring rain. Furthermore, the bust was covered in advertisement so you couldn't even see out, and nothing to tell you what bus stop we were at.

• Long Stay North Everything with the Car Park and those in the office operating it were very friendly and helpful. However, experience was marred by those selfish individuals who clearly had a problem with their exit tickets and abandoned their cars on the exit barriers whilst they sorted things out. Hence no one could exit the car park.
