  • Long Stay North All went smoothly. Only issue was that it took at least 15 minutes top find a empty space to park on arrival. This is frustrating especially if you arrive late.

  • Long Stay North Our flight was cancelled on Sunday as gatwick was closed due to a problem with the runway. I wanted to know if I could get the £45 back that I paid for the three days parking that I could not use, or st least transfer it to a later date?

  • Long Stay North there was a very large number of passengers waiting for the return bus to CP, more than I have ever seen before. This peak time could have been anticipated perhaps and an extra bus laid on?
    Could printer friendly docs be avaialable? Lots of unneccesary printing, Colourful BCP logos, maps, T&Cs etc.
    However, I am overall very happy with the service and will definatly use again.

  • Long Stay North Easy to find. No problems with entry to and from car park. Parking only few yards from bus shelter. Bus arrived within few minutes both to and from North Terminal.

  • Long Stay North The bus was too overcrowded with little help from the driver. The car park needs to be far better lit with better signposting (which need to be better lit too) We waited nearly 20 minutes for the bus. I normally use the south car park even for the north terminal as it is quicker than using the north car park but forgot to do this for this trip. When it is late at night and dark the north service is not user friendly.

  • Long Stay North I wish you can reduce the fee as it's too high. More buses are needed as the wait was too long and the buses were crowded.

  • Long Stay North My flight was delayed and although I had built in an allowance of 2 hours we ended up leaving the carpark 3 MINUTES after our 11pm deadline and I was charged £50 excess. This is more than I had paid for 3 days parking. I have no control over this and feel that the excess charge is outrageous.
