• Long Stay North All the sectors were blocked directing us to one open sector which was already full, with several cars driving round looking for places. After 20 mins finally drove into a 'blocked' sector to park as we were running late for our flight. Not a good start at 4.20am! Bus stop shelters dated and grubby. Bus packed at 4.45am. Coming back was slightly better but not an experience I would ever want to repeat.

• Long Stay North When arrived at airport to get bus to pick car up,there was a enormous amount of people already waiting for a bus,There was a lot of pushing to get onto bus,an only half were allowed on as full.So ither 2buses should have arrived or there was a long wait before we arrived

• Long Stay North Yes, except my pre paid ticket would not allow the barrier to open because our plane was delayed. However, the staff were very helpful and I exited the car park.

• Long Stay North All was as expected. Arrival faultless, automatic entry with pre booking lots of spaces available and hardly a wait for the bus. Return a little less smooth, very busy on bus, big scramble to get on even while people are still trying to get off. People at rear of bus needed to get off before our stop meant we had to get off with our cases and get back on. The bus driver was closing the doors while we were still trying to get off to let the others off. Looks like it could be a really good set up with a few tweaks.
  I.e. one stop for dropping off at terminal and another for picking up (worked really well on Barcelona t1 to t2 shuttle.

• Long Stay North We usually park here as we like to keep our keys. It's sometimes a bit hard to find which zones are open but we feel that this car park is very secure.

  Whilst the airport is under renovation the signage for the busses were great.
  Then whilst on the bus, although the driver read out what stops she was going to, it was entirely clear at the beginning where we needed to stop or if we were o the right bus.

• Long Stay North We arrived back in UK (Gatwick) about 2am and quickly picked up from airport. There was however a short delay once the bus arrived at the car park as firstly he could not gain access due to some fault with the barrier and then he seemed more interested in ensuring his line manager was aware he was due a rest break rather than starting to drop people off at the various bus stops.
