  • Long Stay North When I returned for my car early hours Monday morning, the machine said that I owed £125 so wouldn't let me through the barrier. This was a bit inconvenient as it was cold and we just wanted to get home, however we spoke to the man on call and he just asked my name and told me to put the ticket in again and the barrier opened. I must stress that this has never happened before.

  • Long Stay North The ticket didn't work at the barrier so I had to reverse and go into the office. I use the service every year and this happens more often than not. The office staff are always helpful but it is frustrating!

  • Long Stay North Unfortunately the automatic number plate reader didn't read our number plate but I pressed the button and the problem was very swiftly dealt with and getting out was fine so all in all very happy. We did have to wait 20 mins for a transfer bus though.
