  • Long Stay North The bus driver was a bit rude and got off the bus at the airport with no explanation leaving all the passengers wondering if they should wait for another bus. He came back later with some drinks.

  • Long Stay North Buses were overcrowded because there were not enough operating. Extremely uncomfortable experience dragging cases on and off transport that was infrequent and lacked space. Travellers were unnecessarily aggressive and tempers flared when people jumped the "queue"! North terminal parking is reasonable cheap but after my recent experience I will not be using this parking facility again.

  • Long Stay North Barrier ticket machine did not recognise my ticket and said £65 outstanding! ! I then had to try and reverse out causing major problems with other users. I spoke with the operator and was granted exit.

  • Long Stay North Problem with registration recognition on way in so given a ticket. When exiting ticket put in as again registration not read and machine told us we owed £125!! Called operator for assistance who had to look up our booking to check.

  • Long Stay North Did not meet any staff until we took the bus to the airport. The only point I would make is that we could see some spaces closer to the entrance that were available but with the cones blocking the entry points we could not get to these. So we had to go to where we were directed which was much further away. Maybe a system to allowing the occasional car into these areas especially if they have young children with them will help shorten the journey time a little. Having said this where we eventually parked and the bus collection system worked for us. Also on the way back what we thought was a civilised queue waiting for the bus turned into a free for all when the bus doors opened when it arrived. So not something you want to do after a tiring plane journey. Perhaps a barrier to channel the queue could help?

  • Long Stay North Everything was excellent except for the wait for the bus on arrival. Not everyone was able to fit onto the bus we got nor the one before (which we couldn't fit on) - it might make more sense to have additional buses running at peak times?
