Parkfast Driver on outward trip was friendly. Arrived back in Glasgow just after midnight and called the fastpark number which just rang out constantly. Seen a driver from another company who managed to radio parkfast. Driver arrived minutes later and no apology and very rude. Really not good enough. Even if phone lines are down the driver knows what time a flight arrives. Being left to stand in the cold and rain is not good enough. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Parkfast Bus waiting at pick-up point,very helpful driver assisted with luggage ,also dropped off at my car which was great as it was heavy rain,service is unbeatable, 5 stars for this .Definately will recommend to my friends
