• Parksafe Very smooth operation and no delays.Could not make contact via the phone in the baggage hall but bus was waiting at terminal 5 on exit

• Parksafe Booked in park The car, and on the bus within 5-10 minutes, bus was waiting outside on our way back , again on the bus and straight to car park no hassle, just what you want after traveling all night , drivers were all very pleasant .

• Parksafe Easy access from motorway, this time we were allocated a numbered parking space. The only downside is had it been raining on our return someone was going to get wet walking from the gate to the car.

  1 Bit of a delay waiting for bus to arrive at terminal.
  1 Waited until bus was full (standing passengers) before moving off)
  3 Dropped off passengers at another long term car park before driving to Park Safe.
  4 4 minute transfer time isn't particularly accurate

• Parksafe I was very impressed with thier service. We left a rucksack on the transfer bus and the staff found it and are helping us get it back to us as we live 2 and a half hours away. The only negative I found was that they was a problem with thier computers and didn't have our reservation on thier system and it was a pain sorting it out but we did get there in the end. Good staff made it possible

• Parksafe pick up point overcrowded with buses from other companys, standing empty. had to manhandle cases to trailer along narrow grass banking.2 direct parking buses parked awaiting pick ups

• Parksafe Yes excellent service. Took a wee minute to find location however we followed our sat nav as we should have in the first place and we found Parksafe.
  Can I thank the bus drivers and the office staff as I left my reading glasses on the bus before I flew to Menorca and they were returned safely to me by the Parksafe staff when we returned to the car park. Excellent service.Thank you very much. We will definetly be using Parksafe again.
