• APH On our return to Manchester airport I notified you by text that we had landed. We then received a text back from you telling us to go to Bus stop E for arrivals at terminal 1. It did not inform us as to the location of the bus stop. Pretty useless!! We saw your bus go by and followed it to the stop!

• APH Couldn't have gone smoother. Completely hassle free with pleasant staff. My only feedback would be to put in a text message system sending all of the contact information rather than having to keep a piece of paper with you when travelling. I was handed one when I dropped the car off but misplaced it whilst away and had no number to call the office on when I arrived back at the airport. Had I had the contact info on a text it would have made things easier.

• APH The bus took ages to leave for the airport , when we asked the old bloke on reception , said "you only pay for the parking this is free " and we only have two buses !!
