• APH Facilities were good, Staff helpful but could have explained things a little clearer. For example It wasn't made clear to text APH on our return and not phone. Also it wasn't made clear that there was a 4 digit code to exit the car park. We waited a few moments, thinking it was number plate recognition before we looked at the card and saw the code number. A final point would be to make it clear that the card is to be kept for the bus driver on return. After I had text APH I was tempted to throw the card in the bin, believing we had finished with it.

• APH Car park is not mins as claimed more like mins in traffic, only 2 buses operate which means a min wait, driver was shocking stop starting, efficient check in but not explained which stop to go to on return
