• APH I came across this airport parking around 4 years ago, every time I book and travel I find the 1st part of my journey very easy to handle. All the staff , from booking in to the drivers are always very polite and informative. Next trip I book I will be rebooking my parking here too. Thank you for taking the stress out of drop off and transfers.

• APH The site advertised shuttle buses ever 10-15 mins. We waited 25, in the cold and had to ring them. They turned up 10 mins after I'd rung.

• APH The driver who picked me up was very arrogant he had a go at me for not being in tbe right spot what difference does it make were i was, i showed him i was right next to the pillar with you name on it he mumbled and i had to ask him for help with my luggage he saw i was disabled and should have helped gracefully,his driving was reckless, going round corners was really bad another couple were on the bus and were also disguised with it when we got back the driver put the ramp of the bus and shot off living my wife and myself scruggling with the bags i went at the desk and told the guy behind the counter what happened and the moron laughed about it the eldered woman wasn't happy the way i was treated asked for help with the bags to be put in my car and it went in through one ear and out of the other i told him that this will be the last time i will be using this car park Thanks Mr N Tonna.

• APH Janet who was on when I phone is great. We are a little stressed as have had a full house fire. I phoned up panicking as couldn't find my booking. She was so helpful and eventually found it. We then had the pleasure of meeting her next day on our arrival. We have left our car with you a few times now, but she is the only one who mentioned your lolaty card. But we always find all your staff very helpful, from counter to driver. We will be back at Christmas, all being well

• APH We could not find the car park as the postcode on the email was wrong and so almost missed our flight, we were also charged for using Manchester airport car park £80. I will be sending in a full complaint in due course.
