• APH Staff with APH car park were brilliant. Only thing I would say is the bus stop you have to get the bus from at Manchester airport back to your car, is not clear. Other than that a great service

• APH Only problem we had was leaving BCP we wasn’t told we had to enter a code or where the code was on our ticket. It was dark and raining heavily on collecting my car and it didn’t help with someone repeatedly blowing there horn behind me when we couldn’t get out of the barrier 😡

• APH When we arrived, there was no record of my booking on your system despite my having paid £78 one month previously. I was told my reference number referred to a Mr Lewis and was for Gatwick.
  This resulted in a delay of 20 to 25 minutes.

• APH We had a very stressful time as the depot was very busy even at 4.30am. It took longer than usual to book in and then get on a courtesy bus which then did a tour of the terminals! By this time we were running late and stressed! I think some kind of warning to allow even more time would have been useful.

• APH On collecting my car from Manchester APH on 15.7.18 I found damage to my windscreen and adjacent bodywork. The damage was reported to the duty manager promptly but your branch manager has refused to take any responsibility. I will never use your company again and will inform family and friends of the same.
